Emory Intercultural Leadership Program (EILP)

The EILP is an academic-year-long cohort program that promotes leadership development which is inclusive, purposeful, collaborative, and values-based. By participating in EILP, students will receive training on global leadership skills and intercultural competency development, attend cultural and leadership events, participate in a service-learning project, and share their cultures and perspectives with each other and the Emory community.

Selected through a rigorous application process to participate in Capital One’s Summit for Developing Leaders in an elite cohort of college students from around the United States. I presented in a Case Competition to Capital One Executives on new app-development project. Through the Leadership Summit, I learned more about the analytical and problem-solving skills valued by today’s leading employers.
